• Cat anecdote: Last year my vet said my two new kittens both had hereditary gingivitis and would lose their teeth unless I learned how to brush them 😱 It was daunting, but after a grueling year of trial and error we all finally got the hang of it—both cats got to keep their teeth as their Xmas gift. I got to keep my $$. Phew!
